I'm trying to understand why all you sports fans get so upset when teams get traded. You even can go so far as to quit being a true fan of whatever team it was you claimed you were a fan of before. It's not the team's fault that they get traded. The owners trade, not the team
Hey, Gina, thanks for bringing this up. It's something that honestly bothers me so so much these days in America, for example, I find that a lot of sports fans are what we would call bandwagoners. So if a team wins the League or if a player is particularly well known, like, maybe LeBron James, people will support the team. And then when they don't have that person anymore or they're not performing very well, they'll just move on to the next hobby

Sometimes you can't, like, choose when you want to be a team member or not. I wish a lot of other people would see it this way. I'm so tired of hearing people just boo and talk s*** about those who are, like, the Raiders moving out of state and blah, blah, blah. Like I said, the Raiders themselves didn't decide to go do that. I'm pretty sure they didn't, but no, seriously. Thank you again

Then I believe in 2002, Houston got a new franchise to Houston Texans, and I've been claiming the Houston Texans ever since. Now, the Houston Texans had a very popular white receiver in DeAndre Hopkins that was here. And once Bill O'Brien traded away to Andre Hopkins, my loyalty to the Texans was wavering a little bit. And to be honest with you, I did not want anything to do with Texas
So then I asked myself, what am I actually a fan of? I'm not a fan of any one particular team or any one particular player. I'm a fan of where I live. I'm Patriot to Oklahoma City. And so when Oklahoma City Thunder came, obviously, I was very much a fan of Oklahoma City Thunder, and that doesn't mean if they get sold or anything, I'm going to continue following them. But if I have no other team, sure, why not?
