She has done it with such grace and just what seems flawless, but we all know it's not. My call with her yesterday was to talk about the organization is going through lots of changes. We have big transitions, transformations in a very competitive market, and just talking about being nimble in our approach to being strategic. Hey, Dina, I just love your energy around this difficult topic in a lot of ways because when we think about doing personal work and having discipline and building our village of support, it can be so devastating for a lot of people because they might not have resources, they might not have time, they might not even know that there's a priority to set for themselves. And it's just so nice to hear your kind of can do spirit
