How Technology and changing landscape of workforce are driving hr innovation
Thank you. Thank you Sreeja, for a wonderful introduction. Let me rephrase it that it's technology and shifting nature of the workplace that are propelling HR innovation. HR departments are gradually transitioning from a state of flux to a state of flow. And what I mean by that is from a position of uncertainty to seamless progress. HR is now leading large scale cultural, digital and operational transformations, championing employee well being, the diversity agenda and building a talent marketplace for the organization

And they are more likely to stay in the company where you are able to leverage their skills. So this is why HR will focus increasingly on creating a very positive work environment that fosters creativity and engagement. And I think HR will play a significant role, which most HR organizations in any enterprise does already, which is building culture and a corporate social responsibility. So in conclusion, what does this all mean for HR?

You. And lastly, I want to just leave with a quote, which I read somewhere. Nothing we do is more important than hiring and developing people. At the end of the day, you bet on people, not on strategies. And I think this was a very impactful quote that stayed with me when I was writing the blog, because it's truly on people
