Slow Fashion and Retail Therapy

article image placeholderUploaded by @gabrudolph
The point of slow fashion is instead of buying, say, 20 shirts that will shovel up once you put in the wash, you buy one good quality shirt that you can wear hundreds of times. In doing this, you're not only helping out the environment, but you're also helping out yourself. Having a smaller wardrobe makes it easier to pick out an outfit, and having too many things is just stressful

I used to go thrift shopping just in general, but now it's like a more active thing. Like, if I need something, check the thrift shop first, like for house things, clothes, anything. Yeah, I really like that you suggested thrifting at the end of it because that's for sure way to kind of contribute to the recycling of clothes. I really like thrift shopping. It's fun, but yeah. Thanks for the post. Bye

So I also go shopping with my mom only because, you know, mom give the best advice that would look good on us rather than others
