Hey there Gab GABS thank you for having me on. I really appreciate it. It's my first love and yeah I'm just really thankful for you and just thank you for having me on and yeah long story short meditation helped me when I've had a really rough patches I was in a dark place and yeah overdosed in the rehab center someone introduced me to meditation and ever since that day it's been helping me

Thanks, Hobby, for Hopping on swell. The first question I want to ask you is what would you recommend for beginners who are getting into breath work or meditation, and what advice would you give to beginners so that either of those things don't seem as scary as a lot of people might think that either of them are

Yeah. I think the first advice I would give to beginners is just start small five minute meditations and just go on it with just a clear mind. Just don't expect anything. And what helps me and it helps a lot of people is just following your breath. And that's the main thing about meditation. I mean, your mind is going to be you're going to have the monkey mind, they call it. You're going to be thinking of this, that and this stuff
