On the homepage of BBC News, there have been this article with the title The Dish That Indians Can't Stop Ordering. It is such an obviously clickbait title that I resisted clicking on it for the longest time today. I finally succumbed out of curiosity to see which dish they were talking about, and it turned out to be something I eat almost regularly, and it's one of my favorite dishes for sure. So I wanted to share that article
