It's a question of science, not politics. You can manage other virus, but you have to understand what you're dealing with. It's a virus. It's a function of medicine and science and biology, and you have to treat it in that way. The Southern Tier accounted for zero. 5% of the total positive results, falling behind the north country, Mohawk Valley, Finger Lakes and the capital regions. Those are the counties north of here
