I really enjoyed this. I like how reinforcing you are and encouraging you are about our mind wandering. I know that that's the core of meditation. It's okay to have a thought and then let it go, but I still find myself judging myself for that a lot, so I don't know. You framed it in a really nice, non judgmental way, which I really appreciated. So thank you so much. I do feel better. I do feel better
