Obviously in this society in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, in these countries mental health issues are regarded as someone going crazy or doesn't have any understanding of real life or stuff like that. So these things should be normalized, but the society is the issue here. Well, I agree with you on this topic and I really want people to normalize these things as soon as possible because talking about it is the best remedy for these things. Thank you again

Ah, that was really insightful. Thank you so much for this lovely post. And, yes, I agree with you. There is this stigma attached that psychologists are only for the people who have gone mad or psychologically, they are disarranged or something. This stigma and this thought that people have this embarrassment that they have to go to a psychologist and open up to their problems. Once they overcome this themselves, the rest of it becomes very easy

Hey. Hi. Very rightly said, it's high time that people should talk about mental wellness, mental health issues. It's kind of societal taboo that we are facing at the moment. People are not able to digest the fact that we have ailments these days for anything and everything. Because in older times it was difficult. People considered someone crazy. If that person is talking about depression or anxiety or stress, for them it never even existed

Hi Sabi, thank you very much for listening to this. And the main aim was to create awareness that psychologists do not treat psychological illnesses only. It's for the betterment of people who are facing actual issues and really need to trust them and get out of the what to say stigma of society that you are crazy if you consider it a psychologist. So please do share this and spread awareness that people really need to get mentally fit along with physical fitness

@NikKavi

And yeah, the very much important thing for posting this well was to create awareness regarding people and let this issue a little down that you are not crazy or you are not mentally ward off, that you such that only that time you need to consult a psychiatrist or psychologist. But in spite of that you can even consult for your own mental fitness. Even if you are fine, you can visit and create more things to keep your mental health safe and sound. So thank you very much
