What are injustifiable situations that affect people of color?

Question for today. What are in justifiable situations that affect people of color? And we have friends of all cultural background. How does that affect each and every one of us? But mostly, how does that affect a person of color?

I am now in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which obviously has a really troubling past when it comes to race and also how issues have been dealt with so that folks of color have essentially been boxed out of being able to live in certain areas historically. And I get really frustrated and when I hear people have conversations as though these things still aren't happening when they are, and disproportionately affect those who are lower class, working poor, and obviously people of color the most. Looking forward to hearing more from others

It's hard to imagine that coming here in the US. You find those injustice here where you would think that democracy is in advance here and things are happening in the right way. But I don't want to exaggerate. I have met people of different background, people who are white, who became good friends, just like a family. And I don't want to make it this sound that make people feel guilty

And so I would say organizations, anyone listening to this, Fortune 500 company, small business, as you grow your executive leadership team, hire other people. And I'm not saying specifically black people, hell, Indian, Asian, black, African, whomever, just as long as you should look across your table and not everyone be white. Like, come on, it's 2023. It's not that hard
