Move slow to go fast

There's something that has to do with the neurological system and the biology and the muscles. That when you run slow and you take the time to run slow, eventually those slow runs will translate into longer, faster runs. It's kind of like the practice mode is getting your body ready for the actual test or event. And I found that life is almost the same thing

I love this. This is so great to listen to. And I think it's important to remind ourselves of this, because at least I feel I can get in a mode where I'm going so, so fast, and I'm not considering my time, my energy levels, and more importantly, just generally where I'm going so fast towards
