A small change I made that had a big impact...

What difference could a set of curtains make? I was suffering from insomnia, actually. I couldn't stay asleep. I'd be waking up every 45 minutes to an hour. And then I changed to room darkening shades. That's the only thing I did immediately. I was sleeping through the night. Amazing

Whoa. I actually haven't considered this. I also have trouble staying asleep, but maybe this. Maybe this works for me as well. Thank you so much for sharing and for participating in this prompt
