Hello Ridhee. Congratulations on the book and welcome to my swellcast. To begin with, New Year's is all about happiness. We see people love to read romance mostly in this season that set around Christmas and New Year theme. But your book is a stark contrast. So I'd like to know how did this story come to you and why a thriller for New Year's theme and not any other genre?

And writing a thriller was on my to do list since long. Then why not a thriller on a new year with different aspects? As generally we don't expect New Year's to be dark

Hello. Indeed. We don't expect New Year's to be dark, but for our main character, it has turned otherwise. So how long did it take for you to write this book? And who has been your major inspiration? Particularly any author that you have loved to read growing up?

You? Yes, it has turned otherwise for our main character as it was on my to do list to write a thriller. I initiated this book in the month of February and I was so indulged into the story that I almost completed it by the month of April. But I wanted to make it more intriguing. So it took me around two more months, just for the last chapter book. So almost five months to complete the whole book

Yes, sure. Sarah's life was quite normal. She is a working woman. But one fine day, she notices some unusual activities and begins her journey to find about the truth. It becomes an uphill task for Sarah to unravel the mystery of her life. She suffers a lot. She is juggling between her work and life tragedy. Her life is filled with hurdles. So Sarah's life turns upside down when she encounters the reality

So most often the women characters in a thriller are a tad bit ambiguous. Confused, yet strong. So how is Sara in that sense?

Yes, Sara is somewhat similar. She is strong independent women. Despite of being strong, she is emotional when it comes to her family. She is someone who leaves no stones unturned. She is a perfect daughter that any parent could expect. If I'll explain a lot, it may become a spoiler
Hi, Riddhi. I really loved your book. The suspense, the plot, everything was really amazing. I would like to ask, what was the point where you thought that yes, you should write a book? What inspired you? Apart from books? What else did you got inspired by? From which you got this story and it turned out to be the best one?

Hi, Alina. I'm really happy that you enjoyed the book. Thank you for your question. So I used to write from my high school, but that was only short stories or Shires. This year, in the month of February, the thought of writing a book popped to my mind. So without waiting further, I began to pen down my thoughts and initiated building a suspense thriller. I always take inspiration from people around me, like my family and friends

Um, we certainly don't want to head the spoiler way. So, talking about the other characters, which other characters do we get to meet in this book? And were they inspired from real or real life people?

Yes. So you will meet many characters in the book, like Sarah, her family members who are really supportive for her. And you will witness the bond which they share as a family. Her friend who is there for her in the time of need. The characters of the book are fictional. However, all of them are relatable, except the one that you will find in the book

Sarah also has a friend who is her support system, who is there by her side in any problem of her life. So apart from the suspense thriller, readers can expect a strong friendship from the book
