Just why?

I'm not commenting about whatever other cosmetic blemishes as such you might have according to the society's views about beauty and weariness and fitness. I'm a doctor. I'm very well aware that I have put on a lot of weight and that fat is not healthy for me and I might have health issues in the future

Hello, Laugh. Thank you for being so brave to bring up this topic, especially when it is so personal to you. I'm sure it must have been difficult even to speak into the microphone as you cited your insecurities. I could feel your pain, pain and the trauma you have been through. This stereotyping of beauty of a woman's body has always been publicized as a beauty standard, and us women have been judged on Europe old basis

And it's a vicious, vicious society that we live in and it's very difficult to deal with all of this and on top of that have added pressures of success and ambition that you might be having. What can we do to change the mindset? I mean, we can change ourselves. Definitely. Like you said that you are trying to be less judgmental. Definitely. It's something, it's a step towards a better future

Let's go into analysis mode right now and analyze like why is this happening, why the judgment, why the criticism by the offensive comments? So the people who have been criticizing and giving of offensive comments have gone through this phase in their life where they have been commented on and being criticized, right? And they have this mindset or they have this belief now that what the beauty standards are, all right? And what they are believing is right

These people probably think they mean well, like giving you advice about your health, but it's none of their business. It's rude because there's that unsaid assumption that you don't know what's good for you or that you are naive and that somehow these people are more aware of what's going on. That's absolute rubbish. So start giving it back to these people. Start telling them that please don't make this really small talk. I know what's good for me

It's not their body. It's our body. We would decide. We will decide what's healthy chand what's not. You could always guide a person, but you shouldn't judge them or you shouldn't start giving out orders. Do this or do that. Because it's our body. We know what we are doing with it. So helpful advice is always welcome, but you can't pass orders and judge us
