And when you think about it, working from home or not working from home, it really is dependent on where you are in your career, what stage you're at, what the job is and what your ambitions are. And talk about feedback, and talk about it from the point of we really value this, and how do you want that feedback to be delivered? One on one or in a group. So I think it's very important with everything that we do to get feedback. Even though I've been working for many, many years, I want feedback every day. Like, at the end of the day, I want to know we keep saying, give us feedback
