Hey, judith. Wanted to just chime in here. Excuse the noise and in a hotel lobby, but I wanted to express my gratitude for you having Darren on your show. I think this is a really complicated time for people in terms of advancement, and your tips are fantastic. And I think the cognitive dissidents I think we all have is that we know that there's so much to be had when people have spontaneous connection, as you say, around the water cooler

But also the company is putting in good structures and having people like who are running a remote area, like a head of remote in their team, making sure that people are engaged and they are bonded to the company and feeling good about what they're doing and that there's productivity. So it's just such an interesting and fascinating topic and I think it's not the end of it
