But the most important thing, do you have emotional maturity during a conversation? So in this episode we're talking about creating this culture of candor, which I think is really lacking these days within organization. One, it's harder because people are all over the place. They're working from home, some are working within the organizations and they're not having these face to face conversations. So there's a lot of misperceptions happening
