But we all know that working with people face to face, having meetings and collaboration, it really does work better in the office. What's important is that we maintain some flexibility, and I'm thinking maybe this may be a trend, but maybe the hybrid workplace really is the solution. And nationwide we have kind of explored that. But to what extent, I don't know. Today's workplace continues to undergo a big transformation with employees and managers adapting to the changing demands of remote work

And I do believe that, yes, workers are more productive at home. And I would say, well, I know people who take not even their full lunch hour when they're working at home. They just go to the fridge, get a bite to eat, maybe turn on the tv for like, I don't know, ten minutes, catch up on the news real quick, and then if they have a dedicated office, they'll just go to the office
