work ethic

Something I would really like to talk about is how much hard work really matters today. In order for us to be successful not only as individuals, but as a society, we all need to put in, you know, own effort together. And I feel like there's a lack of that going on right now, especially in the younger generation, because they're simply not being taught that hard work is the most direct path to success, both when dealing with individuals and groups

It's kind of like training a dog where he won't sit unless you have a treat for him or something like that. So anyway, this is a really interesting topic because I think we're in a world where people want to work smarter, not harder, and that's not always the case. And being smarter doesn't always mean taking the short way out and not working as hard. So I'm interested to hear what other people's perspectives, as well as yours, on work ethic

Hey, Aaron and Jared, this is a really interesting conversation. And I think that there is a work ethic issue that kind of cropping up or popping up in our society right now. We can't ignore that code that has kept people kind of in a really weird space. But before Covet, I also thought that there was like this vibe generationally where there was trust in how hard people are working
