And just to clarify, by hard work, I mean that in both a physical manner, as in, you have to actually put the work in to get the results out. And in the manner of hard work can also mean sometimes you don't want to deal with somebody. Sometimes there's a certain group you want to avoid, or in some cases, we just don't want to go to work. I know I don't today, but I'm going to be headed there anyway here shortly
