Communication, I feel, in today's world, is about, you know, just speaking someone's mind and not being open to listening. People form judgments even before a person completes a sentence. And for most of the people, it is either my way or the highway. That kind of way scenario is there, and that is what communication has really narrowed down to. And probably, you know, people are not able to look at, or maybe I would say, appreciate the others perspectives
Hi Manu, indeed a nice post where you have put in your points about the art of active listening and communication, which is very, very necessary. And it's not just active, it's also critical listening, which is very important when it comes to powerful communications and being a coach, being a tarot reader. Also, I do believe that the leadership skills with respect to communication are very important, in which the listening has to be the most important part
