And I definitely identified with that monster or the ego. That's how I interpreted that particular personality. The ego. It can become a monster if you let it get out of control and unchecked, you have to marry the ego. But getting back to full spectrum. Thank you. These last few days have been a bit busy with work, but it's always nice to be able to dip in the swell and just be in a good, communal, loving space. So that was a bit of a ramp.
