Act to really know what the person is going through and to access the level of information that this person has because it could be that they don't know any better and they are happy where they are. And you have to honor that because everything is not about your progression. It's about the progression of the person doing the job. And don't use quote unquote. It's best for children to put your values on other because that's not coaching. That is not coaching. Stay well people
