Hello, Suzanne. I really enjoyed that swell. I came across. I was like, oh, it's a breathing exercise. Cool. But I was doing it, and you have a really calming voice, and I could just feel the pressure and stress and tension that I was holding Milt away. And, yeah, I really appreciated it.
