And so it wasn't until, like, the next morning, God, basically was like, you know, how you were somewhere and you got these messages and how it affect you emotionally? That's also what that phrase means. It's not just the physical presence, but your emotional presence as well. So that one really hit me like a ton of bricks because I never thought about your or my emotional presence. But, yeah, so that's my story. And that is such great advice
