Worried that time goes by, worried that I do the right thing, or yes, I haven't undertaken the thing which would be good. So I can always put myself into question and worry that I'm not doing the right thing. Have you experienced that? Do you experience that? Do you find solutions to such a problem? My long lasting solution is at times having an app. Having an app cuts your mood and puts it back to normal and pleasant
I've even talked to, I talked to a therapist about it and yeah, just the sleep, the reconnection with whatever it is. I think when we go to sleep, we commune with the spiritual world, with the other side of whatever it is, when we finally meet our end as human. So yeah, I think that when you sleep, when you begin to worry and then you sleep, you allow yourself to communicate with whatever it is that is responsible for peace and harmony in the universe
