Capacity reduction is fine, but even one infected person, poorly masked, can affect the entire auditorium. Worst yet, mask removal to Munch popcorn and slurp drinks is permitted. Most worrisome is the loose air quality guideline. All HVAC systems should but not must be in working order with increased ventilation whenever possible. Rather than always.
