What’s a great NEW food you are eating!

My question of the day, this is Dr. Wright, is what's your favorite new food? Something that you really weren't eating until, you know, maybe the pandemic, or maybe right before the pandemic. Or just recently. I think I'm ready to taste something new. Thanks

Dr. Wright, it's actually a vegetarian stew that I learnt of an Indian stew that I learned of just a few weeks ago. It's made out of lentils, potatoes and coconut. And it's Yum

And with that dough, I've been able to really sort of venture off into all sorts of different things. Shepherd's pie. The dough can be substituted as like a flat bread crust. It's been really great

Muhammara

I have now started buying muhammara at the grocery store, primarily because they sell it. Now it's a dip made from roasted red peppers and walnuts. It's really good on Peel bread. And I've made it before, years ago. But now that they're selling it prepackaged in the store and I don't have to Cook it. Yes. Count me. It

And I walked in one day and discovered this soup. It's called Tonga Soup, made in coconut milk. It's very healthy, very nutritious, very balanced, does not have any spices. So, yeah, I love it. I love it. Absolutely. And I've made it a part of my everyday routine. Now I can't live without it. It's absolutely a mainstay in my everyday routine
