But really it was almost always toward the end of making sure that I was being impactful in my work and that I was reaching the intended audience well. And then later on, as I was growing into leadership, that I was really leaning into my leadership. I was leading my teams well, I was inspiring well, I was building capability well, all of that in my mind was predicated on how well I knew the folks with whom I'm working and how I was regarded by them
