Feeling Tense? Try Progressive Muscle Relaxation

Now slowly release them. Feel the sense of relaxation. Now breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. And now let's tense up the calf muscles by flexing the feet. And then release that flex and feel the relaxation. Breathing once again through your nose. Now out through your mouth and let's tense the thighs by squeezing the thighs together. Now gently release the thighs and breathe in again through your nose and out through your mouth

Realease the tension and heaviness of the moment with progressive muscle #relaxation.

You go into a specific position and it just unlocks something almost emotional. But that felt really nice. Thank you so much for sharing such a good I don't know, what is this? A muscle relaxation technique. It was awesome. Thank you so much
