And some people never realize it until there's some class action lawsuit or something like that. So these are just things to be mindful of when you're setting your health goals every year. Also look at not just what you're eating, how you're eating, and when and where you exercise. Also look at those social elements of your life to determine as a part of your goals, okay, do I need to make changes in any other areas of my life?
And I don't think anyone would actually just think about those things as being anything important to them. When you talk to someone, they probably would be like, what are you talking about? So this is great. But in my line of work, we definitely try to bring awareness to our clients about what are social determinants of health. Because the clients we see are either homeless or they're housed. Some of them have gone through educational training, some of them haven't

And I shouldn't have to bend over backwards and jump through a million hoops for my mental health to be important or for your mental health to be important enough that someone is willing to do something about it. I understand that money has to be made and people have to live. But if we're doing that at the expense of others and at the expense of others'lives, possibly, I think that's a problem

I just wanted to say that I'm very sorry to hear that you had to go through this and yes, mental health is very important and should be a high priority for our nation and it does affect everyone of all walks of life. And it's not fair that it has to be determined by who's making money and who's not in the fact that our government is running like big pharmacy, right?
