If we can make small changes in our everyday lives by having really constructive and amazing conversations without getting heated, then I think you're using your voice for change

Or it might take too much time to explain. Or obviously everyone has different moods and things, but I wonder if that's really starting to impact our culture and how we're starting to communicate with each other. And I think just having that stillness, maybe just taking that stillness for yourself to think something through and then communicate that, yeah, that could be really cool. So thank you for your reply
