Drake Withdraws Himself From the 2021 Grammys

article image placeholderUploaded by @Dominique
I just find this all to be very fascinating because this hasn't really ever happened before. We've seen people who say they are not going to have their stuff nominated in the Grammys, they're not going to submit their stuff and then they don't. But this is something else entirely because Drake did submit his stuff or his label did. Anyways, let me know how you guys feel about this and let me know why you think Drake decided to retro last name from the Grammy awards

This is definitely very interesting, and I'm Super curious to see more revealed. It does make me wonder based on what you shared, how much could possibly be for for legal reasons. My first thought is that if he was doing this in protest, that he would have come out and said more clearly why he was deciding to do this and what you shared about him not giving a clear reason yet makes me believe that there's something larger going on that maybe does have legal ramifications

And I hate to remind people we're also in a different era of American culture and celebrity culture, in which things like the Me Too movement have began to penetrate and topple how we hold people in high regard. I really do hope the reason why he's withdrawn is not because of him harming or participating in Harmony arm towards another person, but something to be said, Drake is really high level
