Celebrities Deactivating Their Social Media

But also, I just think that email communication with your fan base is much more intimate than communicating with them through social media. And I think it's way less toxic. You can control what you want to say and what people see, and it won't be twisted into a narrative. How do you guys feel celebrities deactivating their social media media and do you mind if they communicate hate with their fan base in a different way than the norm?

An opportunity

Hey, Dominique, this is really interesting your commentary, and also the fact that she let go of her social media platforms. I have a list of about 20 names of people who I have identified as celebrities who have spoken out about various sort of variations of their connection to mental illness. And I've always thought that it's not a safe place to put out your feelings and your experiences in social because people misinterpret them. They handle them in various ways

Her personal announcement 🎈

Hey, Dominique, I wanted to follow up here to let you know that I watched Lana Del Rey's actual statement on her. I think it was her Twitter Instagram. I'm not sure, but I saw the video, and I thought she was so clear and sort of inviting us to see her through her art experience, her story, her truth, her ideas, her perspectives through her art and not through the lens of social media
