For anyone who used to jump rope, double Dutch in particular, there was always the one girl who may have needed a nice little push to get in the rope, because at least in the Midwest where I'm from, we used to call it digging in your potatoes outside the rope, waiting couldn't muster up the courage to jump in

I connect with my family and friends just in writing or commenting on the pictures or the things that they post. I do not put myself on social media too much. I don't have an Instagram, I don't have a TikTok, I don't have a twitter. I have nothing. I have a WhatsApp because I connect with my family back in Africa. We talk using WhatsApp, but it doesn't cost me money. And I think you can hear that I have an accent here

It's the right time to jump. It's the right time to dig in and you're gonna be alright.
