Health in changing seasons

So to avoid getting sick, it's better if every one of us in this cold season wears warm clothing whenever we go outside or on the heaters when we are home. Have just goggle with salt water every night and use warm water whenever you're having a shower or anything like that or doing the dishes. And also take steam and warm food exactly. Which is good for your throat and easy on your gut. So take care of everyone
