Can a mental health problem kill you?

article image placeholderUploaded by @DocQs
Depression is like saying you are okay but not okay. In other words, it is a disability that is functional. It has led to a lot of absence from work, longer days of stays in the hospital and has unfortunately added to the mortality and death rates. This audio clip is to strongly suggest and spread awareness and do reach out and tell me your thoughts on these scary statistics. Thank you guys

And some people they like to be on their own and take things in a very relaxed way. And many people who suffer from heart conditions, for example, they are aggravated due to anger or grief and all other emotions that may have been pent up inside for a long time. Sometimes that trauma can be sudden and it can happen right there, right there and then. That's the main problem nowadays which is increasing and we are feeling anxious and stressed because we live in a toxic environment

Hello. Thank you for replying to my audio clips. Yes, I wanted to create awareness and you are correct that all of these serious conditions actually result from something that has been going on for a long time and is very chronic. And yes, the environment and the lifestyle that we are adapting these days has somehow made us less efficient and has actually decreased our mental strength to face problems and has made us very vulnerable
