How does walking even help?

So I want to convey today that a simple task like having a walk every day can do wonders to our mental health. And many studies have proven this fact. So we better use this to have a positive impact on our mental and physical health. Thank you

So very few people prefer to walk, but I think it's one of the healthiest things one can do, as you mentioned. And I was reading about this therapist who lives in New York. He introduced this new form of therapy called walk and talk therapy, where he goes for a walk with his clients for 50 minutes, and he he stalking to them, having a session while walking
