Are we capable of taking pressure?

And there is also need to add the teaching on coping mechanisms to make this a norm and to make these concerning numbers drop. We are in a dire need to engage students in learning coping skills and also engaging parents and teachers in making them understand that they need to bring the child to professional help if needed. As we can see, the new generation is concerned about multiple things besides academics. They are all about body image, exercise, dieting and social media has a lot of influence on them

I'm not sure about the quality in India, but let's just suppose in the world, in majority of the countries, what's happening is that the education system has been designed to create products that can be compatible with the system. Rather than bringing out the potential of that particular individual of the child because it is not child centered approach rather than it's a one size fits all kind of system

Thank you for your thoughtful reply. I really appreciate it. Yes, it is true that all individuals are different and anyone who can't cope with a predetermined system will naturally feel pressurized. And I agree that this concept is seeing a change in the recent times and hopefully it will develop a system where all of us can realize our unique and our full potential rather than succumb to the issues that we face. Thank you for the reply again

People think that everything in the life should work accordingly with that pace which is not correct. Some things in life need to be slowed down. Some things in life need to take place how they are placed. Some things are still in the control of nature which a man should understand and give and surrender himself to nature which is around him. Certainly we will have less pressure. Your words are thoughtful and your insight is beautiful. Keep writing. God bless
