Why does violence attract attention?
This is how you can channelize your ego positively. The same can be true for improving your performance at the workplace. Then comes the conflict of interest. When there is a conflict of interest, both parties involved in the conflict will be reacting. They will not respond. They will react. And naturally, when matters go out of control, you become violent. That is the natural outcome. And you tend to injure the other party. Next is deprivation versus aspiration

Must think about. Are you. Are you able to fulfill your basic needs or not? What will happen if you earn a six figure salary, but you are not able to share a good moment with your family or friends? Why are we. Why are we declining? Or why are we so scared of the future? Why are we comparing ourselves with others? Everybody has a different perspective. Then why can't we define our own meaning of success?

Thank you game changer, for your response, and I am glad that you were also seeking an answer to this question. Means that there is some sort of disillusionment in terms of the level of humanity that the society is going through right now. And I think we ourselves are responsible for this, and we need to ask ourselves what kind of a future we want our children to be in and how are we shaping the future?
