Questioning the resilience...

That's the part of the baggage that people don't always see behind that's the part where people entitled as strong and resilient ones are often seen alone and left unto themselves because they're not sure whom can they really be vulnerable to. And they don't find some safe space because of their constant independence mode on and they don't trust people enough anymore. But often it is not the way that breaks us, but the way in which we carry it

J. V. Lee, It is very clear that you are talking about resilience and this topic very well because of experience, etc. Etc. So I am not so experienced about this topic just because I am not the most resilient person. But I generally feel what you said about if a person is resilient instead of complimentary and ask how they are feeling, et cetera, et cetera is not such a great idea in this world. Being resilient is very important. For example, assume you support them
