MT #3: W1D5 - GA 9 miles

Just kind of rest my body, my muscles, if anything, is more so like a proxy for a nice bath because I wish I had a nice bath to just do every day, but I do not. So I do that instead. I'm feeling good overall, we're nearing the end of the first week. Tomorrow I got a recovery run. Should be nice and easy. Recovery run is an over body lift. Again, that will also be nice and easy
