R&T #2: W3D2 - GA 10 miles

The plan for the week is I did a ten a day feeling good, and then I'm going to do a couple recovery runs of six, another ga of eight, and then I believe a long run of 15. I'm sorry, a medium long run of 15, which I'm I've been contemplating when I'm going to do that one. I'm definitely going to do six tomorrow, then eight on excuse me, Wednesday, and then I got Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
