MT #3: W1D4 - Recovery 5 miles

Honestly, it probably won't even be that beat up after the run tomorrow. And they'll have plenty of time to recover for Sunday, like they'll have the rest of the day minus the lower body workout. And then Saturday is a five miler and an upper body workout. It'll be good. So I'm excited, man. I can't wait to see where I'm at in 17 and a half weeks. Like, I won't be ready, man

Well needed rest… or should i say recovery

And I'm also just a super organized person, so creating like, a spreadsheet that had it all was like, a super enjoyable process for me. But anyways, wishing you the best of luck and the rest of your training and yeah, definitely gave me a little gentle, loving reminder of like, oh, maybe I'll do another one of those soon

So that when the time comes to actually execute the plan, you don't have to worry about like, oh, should I do this run today or that runs today? No, your only job today is to do whatever that little box tells you to do. And if that Excel box says run 6 miles at this pace or at this heart rate or whatever, you just run it. So I definitely relate to that, and I really do enjoy that part
