MT #2: W18D2 - Dress Rehearsal 7 miles w 2 miles @ MP

As I mentioned before, it feels like I've been sitting for hours and then I go out and run and my legs are just like they're just not used to running. And so I think it's kind of like needing to for example, one thing I feel like will really help is on my joints, kind of greasing them, like applied WD 40, some sort of lubricant so they feel smoother. The other thing is my muscles just don't they haven't ran as much

Still some stiffness in my legs, hoping to releaae it
