MT #3: W2D4 - Recovery 5 miles

Hey, everyone. Today is week two, day four of marathon training number three. And today's workout was a recovery five mile run. Today was nice and easy, nothing crazy. Went to 5 miles. Actually went even slower than typically. Normally I go aim for something maybe like 930 to ten minute pace. I ran with my girlfriend, so I ended up doing like a ten. It was a 1030. I think it was like 1026 or something like that at
