MT #3: W1D6 - Recovery 5 miles

And I'm really proud of myself because it's just so cool seeing the progress. Like this past marathon training cycle, my peak was at 55. This program starts at 54. And so it's like the last program was like from 33 to 55. This program is from like 55 to 70. So it's cool

And I found out this rabbit hole of, like, what affects my body? Because I would go through the same thing I do everything optimum, and then that would be like a subpart run, but then I would screw up and go have cars junior. And then the next day would be like, a boss run. I would do a twelve mile run with an average of 715. Maybe not too quick, but maybe that is quick

But yeah, on the sleep front, I completely concur think we all know, we're all told that sleep is good for you and that it's really important and they can do a lot of stuff. But I feel like the lifestyles that we or most people live are very I guess they're negligent in the sense that they don't really take into consideration sleep or enough sleep or proper sleep or quality sleep. But I'm on board with you
