Something I did to help change my community for the better..Hiking and lofe coaching
One of the things that I'm working on right now is actually just a really big local park next to me called Discovery park is getting to a point where daily I can just invite people to come do a stroll and just kind of get to know their neighbors, but also just open up and reflect. It has been really, really dope. I've been able to help people, like, on so many different ends of the spectrum, and it's amazing to see the results of that

How have you changed community? And here it is, my friend. I am accountable. Can you imagine if accountability was our way? Accountability being the glue that holds all of it together. And it's not a dirty word. It's a badge of honor
I would definitely look them up and they would. I'm sure they would be glad to have you be alongside them and getting more people into the outdoors and experiencing the joy and wonder of being. Of hiking, of just standing in the forest and being in awe of what you see. So definitely look them up and just keep doing what you're doing

I'm saying they. But, I mean, I've been there, you know? So, like, there's a lot of this, speaking from experience, where I just know that. So I never want people to feel isolated from being able to get the help that they need. Right. So it's dope, it's rewarding, it's fun, and I can't wait to see what it grows into

As you're talking about that group, there's a group out here called black people hike, and it's quite literally that they'll, like, do meets and whatnot. I haven't been able to get to it because they usually hike in the time that I'm not available
