Thriving Thursdays: A Conversation with Kesha Haynie
Hello Swell Verse Introducing Driving Thursdays today, I'm here to speak with another inspiring member of my family, Keisha Haney. She is a great representation of thriving, especially through all adversity and any sort of circumstance. She has fought through so many struggles that are detailed in her book what the Enemy Meant for Evil and is currently the founder and CEO of Abundant Life Coaching Academy

So, yeah, great way to do what you need to do is create your own business. Love it. So I guess talking about your book, who would you describe as the enemy? What's sort of force is it and how can others defeat the enemy entities in their lives

So I would say that again to reiterate that the enemy is any opposition or oppositional force that you may face that has come your way or that you may be experiencing and how to combat it is with always thinking of a solution to the problem or to the opposition rather than focusing on the problem of becoming a victim instead of a Victor because I believe that we can become victorious in any honesty

And that is really a great takeaway is be solution oriented and instead of problem oriented because you can't really step away from it or you can't really get out of it if you're constantly in it. So thank you for that. Really insightful for my own life right now, I'm going to take that message and run with it. So following up on that, I would like to ask, how have you made your mental health a priority in your life and how has it transformed?

But my goal when I wake up in the morning is to start by praying and then also having that positive word to meditate on. But then also one of my other daily negotiables is going to the gym, working out, whether it's walking or going to the gym and doing a full workout. Those are two non negotiable items that I have in my life that has really helped me

So, yes, thank you for saying that about me. I appreciate it. I'm definitely on a whole journey myself, and I hope that this conversation fills into other people's lives and they're encouraged to kind of create these non negotiables for their own lives. I think that's super key and really important. So I guess to round out our conversation here, I want to know what is your end goal? How do you see your business taking off? Do you plan to write more books?
Kesha Haynie

I am working on what is called maybe a motivational workbook to go through my program on business leaders, helping them launch a business, or just helping women who are stuck in a nine to five launch a business, turn their passion into action without all the guesswork and live an abundant life, which in that business will also create or allow financial freedom for them. And so that is what I'm doing right now in this season

I'm definitely willing to kind of be one of the pioneers of this movement. And yeah, I look forward to speaking to you more about that later. So, yeah, I really appreciate this talk and too many more
