The good ‘ol days??
I hear people talking about divorce, and they're trying to decipher or try to break down why people are getting divorced nowadays. And why did our grandparents, again, quote unquote, stay together 60, 50 years? Well, first of all, in my personal family tree, my grandparents were not together for 50, 60 years. And that's on both sides of my family. Unfortunately, divorce runs in my family. It's not a flex, but it's a fact, right?

And you hold it in such high esteem to the point where you're like, yeah, this is the best time ever. And is it? It's whatever you think it is, is what it is. And so I think the, the sad part is it probably isn't that amazing on an objective assessment, but life is subjective. And your life and our life and all of our lives are subjectively interpreted and remembered and appreciated and underappreciated and everything in between. So I agree

You know, my best days are not behind me at all. It's not nostalgia. I didn't have the best childhood, so, you know, I'm coming from that frame of view. Some people really say they wish to go back to being a kid again. I've never had that point of view. So I fully enjoy being an adult. I fully enjoy being middle aged and every breath that I'm blessed to take. But, yeah, I fully, fully agree with you
